Fixed keyword
  Fixed keywords are used to search important new technologies and technologies which are difficult to be searched by patent classification. At present, 136 subjects are selected. The method of producing date is; allotting fixed keyword by converting automatically the corresponding patent classification if it exists, and allotting fixed keyword when technical expert finds out description in the subject while reading the publication ( whole specification in case of utility model). Each subject is reviewed and considered timely, and in addition, a combination or abolition of subject is made. As for laid- open utility model (allotting including utility model new law), if a subject is not added, combined or abolished, date after January 1980 is produced. As for published patent, date January 1976 is produced likewise.
