Legal Status means the intermediate records during the JPO's examination and the records after registration.

(1)Examination Legal Status	Examination legal status generally includes the records on a) received documents(submitted to JPO from applicants) b) dispatched documents (sent to applicants from JPO) and c) handlings by JPO.
(2)Trial Legal Status	Examination legal status generally includes the records on a) received documents(submitted to JPO from demandants) b) dispatched documents (sent to demandants from JPO) and c) handlings by JPO.
(3)Registration Legal Status	Registration legal status includes the records on application, establishment, annuity, transfer and others.
